Description
Our Fairfax store is looking for a Full Time AM Kitchen Shift Leader
We are looking for a Kitchen Shift Leader to help with the day to day operations of our high-volume kitchen. Our ideal candidate loves cooking, cares for their fellow staff, and wants to support the team’s success. This position will partner with the Kitchen Management Team to maintain and evolve foodservice systems. This position is full time, AM shifts, with one weekend day required.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a staff of 30+ people
- Resolving customer issues
- Modeling and mentoring the highest customer service standards
- Supporting food production and quality
- Supporting food safety and staff safety
Qualifications

Ability to stand on feet all day, including occasional moderate lifting and bending
