Our Mill Valley store is seeking a Part Time Wellness Service Clerk.

At Good Earth, we are proud to offer some of the highest quality supplement and bodycare lines on the market, We are seeking a part time Wellness Service Clerk to support our dynamic Wellness department. The right applicant will have previous customer service experience in the natural foods nutritional supplements industry. We are seeking someone with at least a basic knowledge of supplements and natural bodycare. This position is for someone who loves being of service to the community with patience and enthusiasm. This position is part time, mixed shifts, with both weekend days required.

 

 

Responsibilities

* Learn and know in-depth knowledge of natural supplements, bodycare products, herbs, teas and housewares
* Serve and educate customers on products
* Provide above and beyond service to our customers
* Stock product
* Cleaning and organizing shelves and back stock areas

Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of supplements, natural bodycare, herbs and teas
* Ability to contribute to a positive work environment in your relationships with coworkers and managers
* Love of service and going above and beyond for customers
* Passion for organics and sustainability; walk the talk; eat healthy, be healthy

* Able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally; up to 20lbs regularly; be on feet all day; squat, bend and climb step ladders
* Fluency in English required
