organic cauliflower, cut into florets

tbsps. organic mayo

cups organic parmesan, shredded

tbsps. organic dijon mustard

tsps. organic garlic powder
⅓
tsps. organic onion powder

tsps. organic dried thyme
⅓
tsps. organic dried oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl add the mayo, parmesan, dijon, herbs, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Add cauliflower florets to bowl, and toss to coat.

Spread coated cauliflower in a single layer on the parchment paper, and bake for 45 minutes.
